Digital X-rays

A clinical exam alone will not be enough to get a complete diagnosis of the potential problems inside your mouth. Most problems with your teeth and jawbone cannot be seen without the help of x-rays. To achieve a more accurate look at what’s happening in your mouth, teeth, and gums, you may need a digital x-ray.
Your dentist will be able to pinpoint things like the amount of bone loss, the severity of gum disease, how your wisdom teeth are growing in, and other issues. Digital x-rays give your dentist a comparison benchmark for how much the health of your mouth has progressed between each visit.
